Junior Achievement of New York to Accept Bitcoin Donations

<p>Just today, the Junior Achievement of New York began accepting donations in Bitcoin. Bitcoin is by far the most expedient way to accept donations and has proven to be a tool to empower individuals around the world. Junior Achievement of New York (JA New York) serves as a non-profit organization to empower students in grades K-12 by connecting students with volunteers. Volunteers then work with students in afterschool programs, workplace experiences, in the classroom and also help students develop academic, life and career plans. Jacqueline Dolly, Senior Director of Marketing and Communications of Junior Achievement New York stated, “We are asking the Bitcoin community to support our fundraising efforts.
